In 2008 I discovered yoga in my hometown Ghent and in 2010 I discovered Morocco. Lost my heart on both of them ! I received my 200 hours Sivananda Teacher Certificate not much later in Reith Austria. A passion was born and since that moment I have been exploring the fantastic practice of yoga every day and have been teaching in Ghent, Morocco and Belfast.
But destiny brought me and my Moroccan husband (who is a chef - yummie!) to Belfast where we live since 2012 and where we enjoy the good-naturedness and beautiful environment of Ireland. I teach gentle, easy paced yogaclasses in Belfast.
But the journey didn't stop there! In 2017 I organised my first yogaretreat in Ireland (hubbie did some great vegetarian coocking btw!), which was a great success! And in April 2017 I was so fortunate to get trained in Hormone Yoga Therapy by Dinah Rodriguez (90 years old and still rocking!) and proudly I also carry the honour to be a Certified Hormone Yoga Therapy teacher.
In my classes you will be able to enjoy a Gentle Yogaflow where you will discover your own journey towards Strength, Flexibility and Relaxation! Beginners are welcome and there will be extra attention to learn how to reduce stress related issues like neck and lower back pain.
In Hormone Yoga Therapy we work together to balance our hormones again and become more Vibrant, Lively and Energetic!
